The developments are evaluated by the International Scientific Council, which consists of leading global experts in chemistry and dermatology. They select the best formulations and technological solutions for LIBREDERM products.
LIBREDERM PRODUCT MANUFACTURING
For the creation of LIBREDERM products, only high-quality verified raw materials from globally recognized manufacturers, who supply raw materials to leading brands of the international cosmetics market, are used.
The choice of production site depends on the task at hand. LIBREDERM products are manufactured at 14 high-tech sites around the world, 3 of which are unique and have no analogs in the world.
In 2019, the first cosmetics factory in the Russian Federation started operating in the science city of Dubna to meet the demand of Russian consumers and CIS countries. It is equipped with a unique duo-ionization water system.
All products are manufactured in accordance with international quality standards GLP, GCP, GMP, and ISO 9001. Each product series undergoes quality control at the production stage, and then repeat tests in the laboratory in Russia.
MULTISTAGE TESTING
All product formulas selected by the expert council undergo multistage testing:
- in vitro and ex vivo in laboratory conditions
- consumer blind randomized tests
- quality checks by state authorities of the European Union, Asian countries, and Russia
- in vitro preclinical hardware studies
- in vivo clinical trials under dermatologists’ supervision at leading European and Russian clinical institutions, including:
- University of Malaga, Spain
- Department of Dermatology, University of Catania, Italy
- Children’s Health Center of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Russia
- State Scientific Center of Dermatovenerology and Cosmetology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Russia
- Institute of Plastic Surgery and Cosmetology, Russia.
LIBREDERM laboratories do not test products on animals.
The products are approved and recommended by dermatologists and cosmetologists.
