LIBREDERM presented its MEZOLUX line at an exhibition of the Russian State Historical Museum celebrating the anniversaries of Mikhail Bulgakov and his novel "Master and Margarita," highlighting the unity of science, art, and cultural heritage.
LIBREDERM had the distinct honor of hosting a private viewing of the new exhibition, “People Like People. They Love Money,” at the State Historical Museum in Moscow, Russia.
It was a powerful evening dedicated to two milestones: the 135th anniversary of Mikhail Bulgakov’s birth and the 60th anniversary of the publication of the famous novel The Master and Margarita. This work is so significant, that Johnny Depp himself is set to produce and possibly star in the first-ever English-language film adaptation of Mikhail Bulgakov’s Russian literature classic “The Master and Margarita.

The exhibition itself is a curator’s dream. Standing before Roman coins from the time of Pontius Pilate, the symbolic “thirty pieces of silver,” and the Soviet gold chervonets that played such a pivotal role in the novel, one feels the weight of history.
What made this evening truly special for us at LIBREDERM was seeing how our MEZOLUX line found its place within this narrative.
Bulgakov’s scene of Margarita’s (protagonist of the novel) transformation is not just about magic; it is about the feeling of returning youth and inner strength. In that spirit, we chose to integrate MEZOLUX as symbol of modern science meeting that timeless desire for renewal.
Inspired by professional aesthetic procedures and formulated with microalgae from the Iroise Sea, MEZOLUX represents the “science of skin.” It is our tribute to the idea that while Margarita needed magic to become younger, today’s transformation is powered by biotechnology – stimulating collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid for true density and radiance.
For those of you following our international growth, this collaboration sends a very clear message.
The Russian State Historical Museum is not just any venue; it is one of Russia’s most venerated institutions, a guardian of national heritage and global history. Their willingness to partner with LIBREDERM is a testament to the strength and credibility of our brand.
To be invited into a dialogue with the likes of Bulgakov and the museum’s vast archives proves that LIBREDERM is recognized as a strong, sophisticated partner capable of respectful and innovative cultural dialogue. This is the level of brand maturity that resonates on the international stage.
We are thrilled that the MEZOLUX line is now available in the museum’s shop – allowing visitors to take home a piece of this narrative.
Thank you to the Russian State Historical Museum for this partnership and to everyone who joined us.
