Shake the bottle well before use. Apply the shampoo to wet hair and scalp, massage thoroughly, then rinse off. Reapply the shampoo, work it into a lather through the hair, and leave it on for a few minutes to take effect. Rinse with plenty of water. Use this shampoo with each hair wash for 2-3 weeks, followed by a break. Between treatments, we recommend using Librederm pH-Balance Shampoo.
